How to Use This Form
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +92 347 1666253 or email info@vellure.pk within 3 days of delivery to confirm your exchange is eligible.
- Download the form above and fill in your order details, the item you'd like to exchange, and your reason for the exchange.
- Pack the item securely – unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging – and enclose the completed form.
- Ship the package to the return address we'll share with you once your request is confirmed.
