Size Guide

Finding the right fit shouldn't be guesswork. Use this guide to measure yourself at home and match your numbers to our size charts before you order.

How to Measure

  • Band: Wrap the tape snugly around your ribcage, directly under your bust, keeping the tape level all the way around.
  • Bust: Wrap the tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping it level and not too tight.
  • Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your natural waistline, just above your belly button.
  • Hip: Measure around the fullest part of your hips, keeping the tape parallel to the floor.

Use a soft measuring tape and measure over bare skin or thin clothing for the most accurate result. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up for comfort.

Example: if your band is 34" and your bust is 37", the 3" difference means you're a 34C.

Fit Tips

  • The band should sit level and snug — it does most of the support work, not the straps.
  • If the band rides up your back, try a smaller band size.
  • If your straps are digging in or your cups are gaping, try a smaller cup or larger band.
